Look at Richmond county (RCBK) that got you 16 1/2 the first day. Independence is bigger then Richmond and should definitly give 16. I also heard that sometime next week (finally) they will start trading. As far as the allocation I am stil anxiously awaiting to see what I get. Anybody here anything else??
