If Mike Dell's testimony in the Senate hearing is any indication, the boy is toast. He got himself backed into a corner by the Senator's and he badly hummmed and hawwed to keep from perjuring himself about Dell's policy to only sell MS IE to the exclusion of Netscape Nav.
