As i replied to you once, you pose good questions but do so from unwarranted assumptions. All we know (or at least all I know) is there were 20M shares at the beginning of November and are 40M shares out now. Apparently most of the new shares were issued in January and February of this year. As I mentioned in a previous post, this will make it very difficult to hit the $.32 EPS projection for 1998.

Anyway, you were assuming the additional shares were issued in 1997 based on no evidence.

Be careful out there.
