Sounds like someone who is putting in time rather than providing a professional service OLGA, Look at the spring 96 runnup on mention of HIV FDA submission plans. Look at what we as a country spend per case of AIDS vs anything else. DA. Think about the psychological dynamic - with the material fear of AIDS, if HIV tests are made accessible & affordable... DA.
