PNDA seems to be in the "wandering" phase before a discount convertible hits. Look at CDRD's chart. Wandered along through a secondary, held for a while, then tanked on determined selling. Then it wandered back up. The difference is, CDRD doesn't pretend to have a marketable product at the moment and PNDA does.

Tick, tock, tick, tock. The piper will show up soon and he has a contractual right to be paid.
