Hey Clam:

Last I checked, it's not Tom in need of the reality check, he's been quite an aggressive seller at lower prices. SEBL now has a complete product line and now it will be interesting to watch sebl vs vntv et al. However, the tone on both threads is that this is a binary opportunity - one victor/one victim. I disagree, just like erp (and backoffice), there will plenty of room in the CIS space for multiple successful vendors.

If sebl takes a big whack in valuation and successfully integrates scop, it could be an interesting portfolio addition. I just don't like having to look forward two to three years for eps that justify the purchase.
