Sun explores Microsoft suit news.com One last sardonic excerpt before waiting for the day's analysis to roll in. Sun Microsystems said today it was exploring the possibility of a civil antitrust claim against software giant Microsoft (MSFT), but Netscape Communications said it could not afford to take such action. "We are investigating that opportunity," Sun chief executive Scott McNealy told a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on competition in the software industry. Now there's an innovative attitude.
