Bob, I don't hang out here much anymore, but something just struck me. The ASM/Samsung deal was reportedly "nine" figures. This has to be about 100 DUV scanners, since theonly way it makes sense is shrinking 64mb DRAM operations. Can this possibly be correct? If so, it's something on the order of 100 lasers for Cymer.
