C. Norman Winningstad, Chmn, TMSR. What did he know and when did he know it? Very simply, management is not talking and we have questions. Why did Winningstad put up 300,000 shares for sale in the Van Kasper secondary offering? This issue becomes even more significant given the facts, including but not limited to today's close at 10 7/8. We were advised today by Software Etc that Microsoft is close (3 months?, EEE in May?) to releasing a Force-Feedback Steering Wheel...again, we have urged ThrustMaster management to acknowledge said concerns on this thread and or pursuant to formal public disclosure.
