I'll second the vote for "Options as a Strategic Investment" by Lawrence G. McMillan. One of the best books on investing that I've ever read. Here's the direct link:

My brief review: If you're even going to think about investing in options, read this book first. It's fairly technical, and assumes quite a bit of familiarity with investing, but it's the essential reference for option traders. I learned quite a bit from it, and it has more than paid for itself.
