(OTC Bulletin Board: SNCG) announced today the acquisition of the license and product rights for the Rocky Marciano name, likeness, image, biographical information and trademark. The exclusive license and product rights are for the entire state of California. The purpose of the acquisition is to capitalize on the name recognition and reputation of Rocky Marciano and establish premier fitness centers. The vision combines a diverse movement program consisting of Karate, Kickboxing and Boxing. Aerobic Boxing programs are sweeping the nation. Sometimes referred to as Cardio Boxing or Executive
