I remember back around the time of the conference call that they said their January sales pointed to a second quarter about 30%+ year over year better than '97. I don't see how all of this fits with the statement you got on the phone that the quarter is proceeding as predicted in the conference call. In that call they alluded to a 'bonus quarter'... The .24 would not be any better than '97 results. Am I missing something? John
