I'd guess Senator Hatch hasn't used PCs much personally, but don't think he's afraid of them either. Senator Leahy mentioned he'd done some homework playing with the web, looking at his office's website and those of the panelists. The discussion focused on contracts rather than technology, but still, it appeared the Senators had prepared. They seemed to understand industry terms the general public doesn't and all were paying close attention to what was said. Nobody came off as a Bozo or blowhard.
