[McNealy has given the speech of his life...he should apply some of that to the everyday.] Missed the speech, but thought he was effective in the Q&A. He even managed to work in his one-liners in a civilized way. It's beyond me why he let's it get so nasty normally. Today's performance was much more thought provoking IMO.
