I will make a guess that the downforce issue (if that is the problem) will cause a rules change (probably because last year also seemed like a Ford year).

For my top five I really like this Andy Graves - Terry Labonte combination and maybe Terry's second half of the 97 season was a combination of bad luck due from 96 and for 97 and 98.
