One thing to be careful of with the new interface, since it uses frames, is that you can get in trouble if you open multiple pages. I ran across this when using my own Datek interface. The frame has a name. When you click on a link that brings something up in a frame, it goes to the FIRST window with that name. So, if you have two browser windows opened showing that page (that is, the outer frame), you really can't use them, since everything will be directed to the first instance. Dunno if this is your problem, since I don't use the new interface (I use orders7) and I don't remember if the page where you log-in uses frames, or if the frames just come into play once you get to the order server.
