Bill,

Those statements appearred in the last 3 or 4 Annual fillings, plus more CYA paragraphs. Delisting is also contend in the reports.

We need all the luck we can get. We now have a good product (Voicelink) and the company (Mr Root) has stated he is going to do it
right and not hpye the product. Only time will tell. Should have some idea within about six/nine months.
