Back and in one piece.
I talked to Mr. Berman today about the Orlando deal, one nice thing was they didn't get blown away to Toto land.
Anyhoo, he said there was a steady traffic flow in his area, another thing I learned today was that they have the only patented system.
He went on to say that they expect 10-12 contracts from the show alone over the next couple of months and that there will be some news with relevance inside of ten days. (I don't know what it is, nor did I ask), I was just told I would be impressed.
But the one thing that did prick my ears was that a major competitor PCNI was caught "cooking" being creative with thier books:) And my oh my Linda, you know how I love dem cook the book senarios.
Also before I left I had a chance to talk with John Yeros once again, and as before, I'm still highly impressed, the guy has brass balls and exudes confidence.
Watching them structure up makes me feel good, as in the past they recieved alot of bad advise by the whores on the street. They don't seem to make the same mistakes twice.
Either way, I will remain anchored here for a time, and those that do I believe will be richly rewarded.
