Ed, Dialogic is a top quality producer of Computer and recently computer telephony boards. They supply the boards, along with NMSS, for most of our competitors gateways. They make a majority of their revenue from computer products, but expect them to have an impact from their telephony boards in the next 2Q's, as people actually begin purchasing them, thats a hint to anyone who think June 30th actually means something in terms of sales. They produce one of a few components that constitutes a gateway. They are bundled together with other comnpanies products to form a gateway, ie Vocaltech software.

I do know that we support or will in the next few months all the specifications that their board does, and we have a proven sound quality edge over their boards.
