If their CEO/founder/mr moneybags is on the run from the SEC and has a history of "Pump N Dump" penny stock activity, it is _absolutely_ relavent to NETZ. "He probably won't do it again" isn't a good enough response. Maybe in your private little investment universe, but that's not the real world.
