OK, Cats.... I skipped through most of the general boilerplate and attempted to focus on the most germaine content, so I'll offer some fodder for discussion: Chaterjee (the Soros affiliate) has bought 671M shs from current institutional investors (Quantum Industrial, Winston LP, etc...) AND ALSO will purchase up to $15MM in stock by way of two traunches of warrants which Amati can put to Chatterjee at Amati's option. Does anyone else interpret it this way, or is the fog gumming up my synapses? Pax.
