Umm, you do realize that someone sold that 10k as well? I picked up a few shares for my LT account yesterday before the bell at 5 5/8. That was the bid at the time (it was my bid of course). Is that sale bullish or bearish? Conversely, had I been selling, I would have been on the offer side. There is no reason to buy a slow moving stock at the offer (sell at the bid) since the new Nasdaq rules went into effect. Trades at the bid and ask just don't mean as much as they used to.
