I vote for filing the lawsuit now. As far as I remember, the META 6000 chip design was released to SGS Thomson in June and I believe that the IMES management as well as the employees have the knowledge that the META 6000 is shelved soon after. It really upsets me that it takes that long to find out (from Lynn) that the META 6000 chip is dead. If the news is being released at that point, investors can bail out sooner without as much loss. The SEC quiet period certainly do not forbid a company to state a fact. If the lawsuit is filed, I would like to check if any significant insider selling is being made at the period between June and December. Now that they have filed Chapter 11, let's do it. It will be the best that we can auction off the IMSLIB and at least get part of our money back. Let me know if I can help.
