Humbly report, Michael, a context for the EFS-1:

kodak.com

Pros and many amateurs have extensive existing 35mm systems, and to bring them into the digital world with EFS-1 - in toto - for under $1k, with the same resolution level as that of digital camera bodies costing much more?

Yes, that does turn my head!

Cons for me?

One - 30 shots and time to hook up for a download? Not exactly a mobile dream come true.

Two - the 100 ASA rating. I'll wait for at least 800 ASA.

Three - the 2 seconds pause between shots. Limiting. At the price I'd want better.

All in all, very interesting!
