Vi, your source for << Recently I heard (and read) they eased the rates a bit. >> is correct: The Central Bank indeed decreased the refinancing rates two time in the last few weeks. Hope this trend will be sustainable. I saw it on Reuters and on some Russian sites/reviews. One useful one I like is: rmg.ru They have a good weekly review. Registration used to be free. Thomas
