And finally, some speculation. If CPQ continues to fall, perhaps to the $20 range, will the DEC shareholders vote down the deal? That would value DEC less than $50/share, way too cheap for a company that is: losing it's money losing fab, getting chip discounts from Intel, sitting on over $15 in cash (after networking and fab deals go through), getting 64 bit NT before anyone else etc.

Funny, I'm still pushing DEC, but I'm out of it, sitting on nothing but a CPQ straddle.

p.s. you diehards, you all must be if you're on this thread, remember that DEC doesn't do very well in the face of downgrades.
