Donald:

Sounds like we're in at about the same price point. It can be a little discouraging to watch it slide down. Aside from the share price breakdown, do you continue to believe in management and their MO? You seem to be communicating with them. Do they sound credible? How do you interpret their version of "promoterese"? Is your level of conviction such that you would average down at this point? Would you still encourage people to "get in now"? Apart from the very soft market conditions, do you believe that the fundamentals have contributed to price erosion? It's quite possible that it's partly a price consolidation, exaggerated by today's market and the recent rash of negative publicity/events. If we believe in the company, there's no reason to panic. It might even be a good opportunity to average down. You certainly felt positive about DAK a few weeks ago. Other than share price, is there anything material that exists to dampen your(our) present enthusiasm? Sorry for all the questions, but it may help us all to reaffirm the basic fundamentals of this stock play. We probably shouldn't expect spectacular returns for most plays up to the end of the year. There won't be a broad based rally in the jr resource stocks until the fundamentals of the overall Canadian markets greatly improve. However, there should be attractive buying opportunities along the way.

Thanks for your input,
Robert Saito
