O.K. a 144 was filed for this guy {Healey} to sometime in the future (within the next 90 days) sell 200,000 shares. Where do they come up with a value of $40,000?? I'm assuming a Form 4 has not been filed already because, if it has, he already sold, how did he get $5.00 a share?? Becoming increasingly more confused as the days roll by............. Theo
