TED,
I was out of town last week so I am just catching up on my thread reading. I try to read one post on the TAVA thread then one post on the ZITL thread. The long and the short of it is that by interleaving my reading of these entertaining threads, I hope to achieve the balance required of a successful investor (It's not working yet). So today, I discover you've been banished from the ZITL thread (Well, in all honesty, I guess you made the decision). To bad. After reading Roger's Short thread for 6 months I was beginning to think that these bears were a little more courteous then the bulls. Well it seems like when there is money involved, an honest playful opinion is not always welcome whether it is long or short. To bad.
On a serious note. I saw this posted on the Y2K thread.

The Colorado Division of Securities is bracing for the next wave of financial chicanery to follow today's headlines: Year 2000 Problem fraud. "Whenever an issue is pushed to the front of the news, it creates an opportunity for fraud to follow," said Fred Joseph, deputy commissioner for the Colorado Division of Securities.
At first I was worried that someone from FBNA was tipping them off. But the article goes on to say that: "I'm surprised we haven't seen any cases yet, but I'm sure it's out there."
So now I worried that maybe our marketing department is slipping.
Regards
Tom
