I'd enjoy hearing why they bother you. Just because they represent dilution? From what I understand they should amount to less than 10% dilution every 6 months, starting in September or so, while the revenues of the company should almost quadruple. I can also see nothing in the deal that provides any motivation for anyone to push Eco's stock lower.

I think McGinnis learned his lesson with the debentures from the Chempower deal and this time put out a deal where its in everyone's best interest to see the stock higher.

By the way, that 140k block was last Friday, and many of us saw it come across then get crossed out twice before coming across at 11 5/16 at what appeared to be a buy. It certainly added to the totals of the day, but without Level II, one can't see who is moving it.
