Dear Dave, the eps was factored using the average number of shares of 1997. IMO, this is great news! especially for those who have been dogged to death on this thread. Personally, I don't think that the market has factored in the earnings. Why? Because another company, coming off of a negative year, STFF, has a market capitalization that is 35.5 times trailing annual earnings the last time I checked. Firamada, which is obviously growing by leaps and bounds, currently has a market capitalization of only 10 times trailing earnings with the current run up. If you take any of the valuations that are out there, especially when they become listed, long term this stock should be fairly valued at around $3-$4 with the current revenue base that they have in hand, and I'm trying to be conservative.
