Hello! Milk,

I have just returned from a 13 day trip, and I was hoping that the merger/acquisition news release would have been issued by now

Milk, I noticed that you have recently talked to Jack Arnold ( according to one of your recent postings).

I also phoned Jack today, and although Jack was unavailable to speak with me, it was my own opinion/impression that Jack was busy conducting activities relating to CVIA. ( Of course at best just guess work and trying to read between the lines on my part!)

The impression that I came away with is that the majority of the merger/ acquisition details are close to being completed! ( Keep in mind this is only my guesswork and my own interpretation!).

At this stage of discussions and negotiation I imagine that it is not uncommon for legal representation to have a final review/ look through in what I would envision as being page after page of merger and acquisition details and specifics! ( Just my own opinion!).

A recent poster made a posting contribution that helped me at least try to be a little more tolerant /patient, when they reminded us that it would appear that Jack Arnold appears to be leaning towards achieving a tri-lateral merger/acquisition? ( I'm not totally sure what that means, but I envision it as trying to bring together a minimum of two separate business transactions under one umbrella of opportunity
( in efforts to speed up the process, thereby reducing compounding business expenses and move the business ahead in a much swifter fashion then would maybe be the norm?).

I imagine that I am no different than many other CVIA Thread Participants, in that I would much rather see the merger/acquisition happen sooner rather than later! It's just a hunch on my part that Jack Arnold would also like to see a completion of a business opportunity for CVIA that moves it forward from it's current position as a shell company, as swiftly as possible.

Only time will tell what is in store for CVIA! But! On a speculative note
I would personally be surprised and yes disappointed if we do not receive an informative detailed update/ progress report ( what have you)---before April is upon us. ( Just my own opinion!)

I wish I could somehow wave a magic wand over my screen and fix all the challenges and obstacles that CVIA has had to overcome, even to bring it to this level of hope ( however each one of us interpret such hope?).

From a personal viewpoint, I plan to give CVIA Management until at least the end of March allowing them a full quarter into 1998, to provide the CVIA Shareholders a detailed and informative accounting of what possabilities are in store for the future!

In the meantime, my initial thought is to let Jack Arnold work diligently for the remainder of March , before he shares all the details with CVIA Shareholders. ( Certainly the sooner , the bettor!).

If and when such information is made available and shared/announced then I plan to review the situation, and procede as appropriate at that time.

It is important that everyone continue to do what is right for them!
( Certainly easier said then done, but we must continue to strive for that objective--and yes just my own opinion!)

Every once in a while, I like to sit back and dream that I am surprised by a detailed, totally unexpected positive CVIA News Release! ( Yes! One can dream!)

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
