durwood,

I also believed that the waves would move the stock price to higher levels. I do not think that anyone anticipated the amount of selling that we had to endure and has kept the price down at these levels. Joe must do this buyback sanely to get the best deal possible for the dollar spent. This is not an excuse just fact.

(Example) DCI can announce that a deal has already been struck for the company to be sold to ABC Corp. for $13 a share. There are enough votes inhouse(officers) so that the deal never has to come to the stockholders for approval. We would know after the fact. What in essence this means is that the stock would literally close one day at whatever price and open the next time it trades within a dollar or 2 of the deal price. There would be no in between trading. Or the sellout could be structured so that the deal is done when its announced with DCI never trading again. With enough votes inhouse this could happen, then everyone outside would be locked out. This answer is not to try and hold your shares in place or anything like that. It is to show you what could happen if your timing is wrong and you are caught on the wrong side. Hope this helps.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
