Good post. However what would be the dilution factor, should the stock price decrease 10% like you said. (would AMD issue 27M new shares or 30M new shares)

Of course, Long term investors in AMD (3 months at least), should note that this will be a short term blip. Once the street recognizes AMD's true potential, the stock is likely to make up all the losses.
