TO ALL:

To preface this note...all of this is hypothetical guessing on my part. No confirmations or hard evidence of pricing or amounts.

However, I just spoke to a friend of mine who has been in the pharmaceutical business for 35 years and knows a lot about the industry. He said that Methyldopa is a drug used to treat Parkinsons disease. It may have other indications but that is what he is familiar with. He stated that an estimate of $20 per unit is a very low side figure for the value. If ADGI has shipped or is going to ship 1 million units to Mali, that is $2 million.

"This follows the shipment to Mali of 1 million *my estimate($2 million)* units of Methyldopa from a source in Holland, as announced by ADGI on Feb. 12, 1998, and 1 million units of Paracetamol *my estimate($3.5 million)* from a source in Germany, as announced on Feb.
26, 1998.

Furosemide is an Antifunal/Antibiotic and the market rate is about $35 per unit. This means another $3.5 million announced today.

But based on my guesses, the news release today indicated that ADGI shipped at LEAST $5.5 million with these two products alone. Add in the previous $2 million order and we have had a $7 million two months on these two products.

I may be all wet, and I don't know the margins of course, but this is at least promising.

Couple that with a proposed buyback and you start to see why all the excitement about the 3/12 meeting. I did speak to Judy today and she confirmed that they have about 200 people signed up for the meeting.
