Doc,
I spent several years in the Soviet Aerospace Industry. The degree of computer technolgy and software, were almost non exsistent. Give them
another ten years, and they will be where we are now. As the Soviet Union, they acquired, ( ???? ) many U. S. high technolgy documents. Regretfully or maybe not, they had very few people qualified, to transition the technolgy to their systems. They still are behind the technology power curve.!!!!
