Um, I guess if he's got it for sale he ain't got it for lease, with less available for lease, rates go up. My reference to that article,and I feel you realized this, was in regards to the timing of the rumors of new CB sales. The boys in the smoke filled penthouses might be getting a bit skittish about the direction of the US$ and the "paper standard", so they figured they might just start the spin again, kick the old horse gold when she's down just in case she might be starting to raise her ugly head again.
