There is only one true God. He created mankind with free will, but so that we wouldn't be robots, he created everyone different, based on a person's DNA.
One man's DNA may prevent him from doing any evil. Other men may have a mixture of good and evil and therefore are tempted throughout life. Some men's DNA cause them to do evil things.
It's God's design and creation. Future generations may be able to prevent diseases of the body and of the soul prior to birth. To me, that is one of the beauties of His creation! What a masterpiece! In other words, it's up to us to bring His work to fruition.

I'm not usually active in religious discussions, because I feel that my beliefs are not exactly mainstream. I wasn't sure how sectarian this thread was. Anyway, I enjoyed our brief chat.
