I do understand what you said, but it is incorrect.

If you want to comment intelligently on the theory of insider buying and selling I suggest you read a book on the subject.

If he would buy 1000 shares, yes it would be a token. Of course.

Not buying even the token means he is saying loudly he will not put his money along side shareholders.

That is a bad sign for the future of the company.

As is the selling of other insiders, and no buying.

Does it mean the stock can't go up? No. Does it make it less likely that a meaningful long term advance is likely?

A resounding yes.

Please let's not discuss this anymore if you really haven't been following insider trading patterns.
