Jeff, The company says that they have been and are continuing to file all of the appropriate documents with the FDA. And that the FDA has not required any further approval because it is a non-invasive process.

I understand Biomoda is talking with a highly recognized institution about this process right now. And when the time is appropriate, an announcement would be made either from Biomoda, Advanced Optics, or that institution.
