I have a small business, and I really cannot understand why my customers keep calling me to ask why they haven't yet received their monthly invoice.

sheesh ... I only sent them out a week late

don't they understand my printer is a dot matrix and prints charts so slow

hmmm...I better get back to typing the invoices....L8tr
