Bill: In response to the WSJ Briefing Book.

The book was in fact dated 2/6/96. The revenue data of
$2.2 million was from the quarter ending in March 1995.
The following quarter had about $3 million, then another @
high $3 million, then the last quarter had, as we all know,
$9.8 million in Revenues.

January 1996 surpassed $5 million so look to March maybe
surpassing $7.0 million. We'll have to wait and see when
they release data on 4/24 or so. My prediction is that rev's
for the quarter will be upwards of $18 million. That will
leave us with $1.2 million in Net Income (deducting court
costs) for the quarter and $.26 EPS for the past 3 quarters.
This assumed that OS increases from the rpesent 8.17 million
to 8.7 million.

Look for it to keep rising.....Fundamentals are dynamic!!!
