look it's been a long night... and I type slowly but... JPM... CHASE... and citi have all come out with announcements saying that they are going to reduce exposure in sea... the imf $ is to increase liqidity because there is a credit squeeze... the fabs are in korea and the region are amoung the largest cap projects out there... except for lost cities in indonisean jungles... i am simpley adding two and two together to make an assumption that will either be proved or disproven by the passage of time... I agree that the semi announcement is a retiteration not new thinking... but it shows that there are pressures on the semi equips to lend themselves out of the credit squeeze. so in conclusion it is my theory given my interpretation of the evidence
