Hi John,

Thanks for your message. To say the least I am a little confused as most of us seem to be about this whole deal with HealthMed.

What I am understanding is that the high rollers at HealthMed want to lend many millions, perhaps 80 to 130 millions, for getting control, complete or partial, over Lidak. I am think that this money belongs to HealthMed/the fat cats at HealthMed. If so then they would be risking a whole lot of bucks on Lidak and Lidacol.

You indicated that HealthMed would be risking nothing. How is this possible if they are going to lend all this money?

Additionally in all of this I have lost count of how much common stock is outstanding and how many shares of stock HealthMed will control if they get their way. Do you have any handle on these numbers?

P.S. Well John I guess all discussion about the HealthMed deal is over for now!
