Who said this? Not i, i have no knowledge of insider selling except
anecdotal little 100s/ 200s by lowly engrs. ( sometime they get lucky and sell a K)? The bigwigs have to post the intent to sell so that should be easy to find when needed.

I don't know what the insiders are doing , but I would hazard a guess that buying is correct at these levels and on down towards 8-9 to support the theory of a buyout around 20 if lucky.

I am glad you can at least say that, becuz unless you live in these parts and talk to them, it is absolutely impossible to ascertain the employees' situation after (what?) 3 years losing money.
I mean I feel for these friends of mine, they have been sold a story a long time. I would be hoppin mad if I had to endure the song and dance so long!
