Has everyone lost interest in CECN?

As far as I'm concerned, this stock is extremely undervalued and should be worth about ten times its current price. It seems that the current volumes (less than 25,000 shares per day) indicate that most investors are taking a wait-and-see attitude right now. One thing is for certain--institutional money has not discovered CECN. Perhaps the NASDAQ listing will change that...
