The PowerTel CEO is non other than... Powertel USA, Inc. is an independent, non-regulated utility holding company which acquires, develops, finances, constructs and operates electric power facilities, telecommunication businesses, and other business enterprises. For the nine months ended 11/30/96, revenues fell 19% to $1.1M. Net loss rose from $258K to $3.1M. Results reflect reduced purchased prices, lower seasonal wind speed, expenses incurred in acquisitions and professional fees. Unless Hayton and friends bows out (ie sells off Zulu to someone 'real') it's IMO downhill from here. Could someone please try to persuade me into thinking differently? I want to believe!
