Can someone verify SEC regs on BB stocks concerning this reporting requirement? If the company is unwilling to comply with the bare minimum what makes us think that they will report at all?? What period of grace is there for reporting in these cases? If the rule is correct (I believe it is) does the company have to file before they 'cross the line' or within a grace period after? ...I am feeling nayish...
