I would have thought the March quarter would have been higher based on the
notes from the conference call and the fact the acquisition was only for
1 month in the Dec. quarter

I'm trying to get a handle on earnings, but one thing that we mustn't
overlook is the cost of the debts incurred to fund the acquisition. At
a minimum TMAR now need to provision for the interest charges on a
quarterly basis. As such, the December quarter may have had only one
month of acquisition income, but did it also have only one month of
interest payments (or worse - none at all !) ?
