Tony,

You make a good observation. The answer is yes, the Foundation could impact earnings in either a positive or negative manner. It appears the foundation should be able to recieve donations from ANY sources, to include a portion of the tourney's profits.

Now look at this from a pure marketing standpoint: The Foundation gives the organizers another "hook" for maintaining the visibility of the first game. I rather like the concept. It affords ACCY to appoint "named" players and non-players to the Foundation's Board of Directors. Now anyone with respect for Mr. Marr or the game of golf can particpate in a meaningful way.

For Certain, The Foundation will be deemed non-profit which leads to other avenues of exposures.

I just got to believe that the organizers are truly "crazy like a fox"

I intend to add to my position at the openning and on MARKET. The more exposure this story recieves the greater the number of investors.

I like what I see.
